By using TrackShield you agree to these terms. TrackShield scans publicly accessible web pages you submit and produces compliance guidance.

Acceptable use

Only scan domains you own or are authorised to assess. Do not use TrackShield to scan sites at a rate intended to disrupt them, or for any unlawful purpose. We rate-limit scans to protect target sites.

No legal advice

TrackShield provides automated technical guidance, not legal advice. Compliance with the DPDP Act, GDPR or any regulation remains your responsibility. Verify critical findings with qualified counsel.

Service "as is"

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every tracker or cookie is detected, nor that following our steps guarantees regulatory compliance.
