Privacy Policy

TrackShield ("we", "us") provides a website compliance scanning service. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the GDPR.

What we collect

Scan inputs: the domain/URL you submit. We fetch that public page and analyse its third-party scripts and cookies. We do not log into, or scan, authenticated/private areas of a site.

Contact details: if you request a paid audit, the email address and domain you provide.

Usage data: standard analytics (page views, scan counts) to improve the product.

How we use it

To run scans, generate reports, deliver paid audits, send transactional emails, and improve TrackShield. We never sell your data. Scan results for the free tier are not stored against your identity.

Third parties

We use an LLM provider to classify scripts and generate remediation text; only domain names and script metadata are sent, never your personal data. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com.
