Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full-site audit (one-time, ₹2,499)

If we are unable to deliver your audit report, or the report is materially incomplete due to a fault on our side, you are entitled to a full refund. Because the audit is a delivered digital report, refunds are not available once the completed report has been delivered to you, except in the case above.

Monitoring subscription (₹999/month)

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. The current billing period is not pro-rated. You retain access until the end of the paid period.

How to request

Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
